This Privacy Policy is issued by Allsec Technologies Limited, a global company providing business process solutions across different industry verticals.

Allsec Technologies Limited (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust data privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and protect the personal data that we process and control pertaining to data subjects / consumers.

For purposes of this notice, “Site” refers to the corporate website and its subsidiaries. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company and its Subsidiaries. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. By accessing our Site, your IP address will be captured automatically for Information security purpose and to enhance user experience. Our Privacy Policy outlines our data collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described below.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

On Personal Information front, we capture IP address only for EU / UK citizen, or resident of EU / UK region or California state resident. For non EU / UK citizens & residents and residents of California State, we capture IP address and additionally Name, email id and description only if you post the same in “Write to us” section under Contact page in this website.

1. Information collected via Technology

In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we may track information using cookies or small text files provided to us by your browser when you view our Site, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, clickstream to, through, and from our site, and other information that does not personally identify you besides the origin of request (IP Address).

The Company may use both persistent and session cookies to track user’s preferences when utilizing our services. Persistent cookies shall remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them manually. Session cookies expire or get destroyed the moment browser is closed.

2. Collection of personal data

We capture only IP address for EU / UK citizens or residents or residents of California State in US.

We collect personal data other than IP address for non EU / UK citizen, or non-resident of EU / UK region for one or more of the following purposes:

in which you have demonstrated an interest.

2 To ensure the security and safe operation of our websites and underlying business infrastructure. To
manage any communication between you and us.

3 Lawful basis for the processing of personal data

The table below describes the various forms of personal data that we collect through this website and the lawful basis for processing this data. We have processes in place to make sure that only those authorized people who need to access your data can do so.

3. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we shall take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We do share your IP address information with few of our vendors who provide specific professional services for the Company to enhance user experience and support us n business development. Those vendors use your Personal Information i.e. IP address as per our control and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may share your Personal Information with outside parties if it is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Non-Personal Information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze usage patterns on the Site. • The right to be informed

The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time.
