Naozer Dalal is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad with 33 years of post-qualification experience across the Banking and Business Process Management (BPM) industries.
Over his long illustrious career, Naozer has held a number of CXO level positions in marque multinational names like Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential UK and as the Chief Executive Officer for e-Nxt Financials – a TATA Enterprise. In his immediately previous role, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Conneqt Business Solutions Limited – a subsidiary of Quess Corp (formerly Tata Business Support Services Ltd). Conneqt is India’s largest domestic focussed digitally enabled BPM company – covering Customer Lifecycle Management, Back Office, Collections & Shared Services (Finance & Accounting / HR Shared Services), where he led a 45k strong team, applying his executive leadership strength to the Service Delivery function (with P&L responsibility), for both domestic & international clients, across Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Auto, Manufacturing, Government, Retail & E-Commerce.
He has made contributions throughout his career in building businesses – significant client acquisition, strong Risk Management & Controls focus positive customer satisfaction – leading to consistent significant growth in Revenues & profitability.

Chief Business Officer – Customer Experience Management
Vaithi, as he is more popularly known among peers and colleagues, has years of functional and leadership experience behind him. He joined Allsec in 2000 as Head – Human Resources and subsequently assumed dual responsibility of Operations and HR as Vice President.
As Chief Business Officer – Customer Experience Management, Vaithi is responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivery and client servicing initiatives across various centers. He also oversees implementation of new strategies and managing global human resource policies for Allsec. This includes end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and steering leadership and direction to employees.
Vaithi started his career with the Bhabha Atomic Research Center. He subsequently handled HR assignments for the Searle and Ranbaxy groups. In his last assignment at Ranbaxy, he was responsible for HR operations of three units in Mumbai, managing a 1,200 strong work force of distinctly different cultures.
Vaithi is a graduate in Physics and holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Chief Business Officer – Employee Experience Management
Pradeep Kumar, our new Chief Business Office – Employee Experience Management, brings over two decades of experience in managing business operations, service delivery, and global HR strategies. He joined Allsec to drive growth and profitability through his innovative business models, customer management experience, platform strategies, and operational performance.
Pradeep has previously served and excelled in his role in the HRO and RPO Domain for TATA Consultancy Services where he managed delivery for multiple geographies. He has also proven his leadership skills during his time at Randstad India, Deutsche Bank, and Wipro BPO, among several others.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from APS University, Rewa, and Executive General Management from IIM, Bangalore. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is Lean certified.
Mr. Gaurav Mehra is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of extensive industry experience in IT, BFSI and Healthcare sectors. He has vast experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Treasury, and Risk Management. His previous assignments include HCL, DXC Technologies, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Bank of New York Mellon. Before joining Allsec, he was the Finance Lead and Head of FP & A for Expleo Solutions Limited, a publicly listed Company.
With over 25 years of experience across diverse industry verticals, he brings a wealth of expertise in Financial & Banking services, E-Governance, Automotive Manufacturing, International Supply Chain, and retail. Mr. Tushar joined our organization on 2nd May 2022 and is responsible for overseeing and managing the HR function, ensuring our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and well-supported. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, reflecting his deep understanding of human dynamics and organizational behaviour. Outside of work, Mr. Tushar nurtures a passion for gardening and travelling, finding joy in nature’s beauty and exploring new cultures and destinations. He is happily married with two lovely daughters, making his family life a constant source of love and fulfilment.
Ali Hyder is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Technology, he has been a valuable member of the team since March 2004. Ali’s educational background includes an M Tech degree.
His key skills and responsibilities revolve around overseeing the CCT platform across 35 delivery locations and implementing high availability solutions with multi-geography disaster recovery. Ali’s expertise extends to various technology domains, including Avaya and Genesys CCT, Veritas backup and recovery suite, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Enterprise Vault, Antivirus, Patch Management, Hitachi VSP, MPLS connectivity, ILL links, and asset management.
Ali’s remarkable achievements include managing IT operations with a remarkable 99.5% uptime and successfully deploying a work-from-home strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic without any adverse impact on the business. He is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a strong track record in the technology field.
