Adi Saravanan, Founder & President

Adi is a co-founder at Allsec Technologies, and continues to spearhead the Business Development and Strategic Finance functions at Allsec.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Adi had partnered Jagadish in building and managing a highly successful Financial Advisory firm, for over a decade till 1999.
As a Finance professional, Adi has a proven track-record of nurturing client relationships and exploring new horizons in structuring services. These well-honed skills from previous assignments at Ashok Leyland and Sanmar, are put to good use in driving business at Allsec.
Allsec Technologies still draws on his entrepreneurial instinct and creative abilities to pitch the value-proposition, as they move towards establishing a differentiated BPO model.
Jagadish Ramamoorthi, Co-Founder & CEO

As co-founder & CEO, Jagadish oversees the Operations, HR and Client Servicing functions at Allsec. This is a logical extension of the execution and control responsibilities he earlier shouldered at the Financial Advisory firm.
As a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Cost & Management Accountant from London, Jagadish wears his qualifications lightly; crediting the initial days at Ashok Leyland for his well-disciplined, steady approach to building value.
Jagadish in his second venture as an equal partner with Adi, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing service excellence at Allsec.
R. Vaithiyanathan, Sr. Vice President - Operations & HR

Vaithi, as he is more popularly known among peers and colleagues, has over over 22 years of work experience behind him. He joined Allsec in 2000 as Head – Human Resources and subsequently assumed dual responsibility of Operations and HR as Vice President.
As Sr. Vice President – Operations & HR, Vaithi is responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivery and client servicing initiatives across various centers. He also oversees implementation of new strategies and managing global human resource policies for Allsec. This includes end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and steering leadership and direction to employees.
Vaithi started his career with the Bhabha Atomic Research Center. He subsequently handled HR assignments for the Searle and Ranbaxy groups. In his last assignment at Ranbaxy, he was responsible for HR operations of three units in Mumbai, managing a 1,200 strong work force of distinctly different cultures.
Vaithi is a graduate in Physics and holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Rafael A. Martinez, Sr. Vice President - Business Development

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Rafael handles Allsec's Business Development initiatives in the US market. Prior to joining Allsec, Rafael was Sr. Marketing Manager of CompuCredit Corporation.
Rafael was part of the team responsible for the migration of CompuCredit's customer service and collections operations to India. He also has expertise in setting up Customer Support Centers, handling Telemarketing initiatives and successfully migrating outsourcing requirements to markets outside the US.
Rafael's experiences with Bellsouth Telecommunications and the Faneuil Group in managing relationships with clients and vendors are useful for Allsec's marketing and business development initiatives in the US.
As Vice President - Business Development, Rafael's rich domain experience, bilingual capabilities, goal oriented approach and work under high pressure environments, is a value-add to Allsec in areas of Client Acquisition. His experience will be even more valuable, as Allsec gets into non-English services.
C. Mahadevan, Vice President - HR BPO

A Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Tamil Nadu, and a Masters in Management Systems from University of Hull, UK, Mahadevan’s career started at Modi Xerox in 1989. He subsequently worked in organisations like Dunlop India, Shaw Wallace, and Kirloskar Oil Engines.
Mahadevan was business head at Allsec Technosoft Ltd., a company specializing in customized application development solutions for companies in the HR, Travel, and Retail verticals.
As Vice President - HR BPO at Allsec, Mahadeven brings with him relevant experience in Operations and Client Account Management. He is currently in charge of the domestic HR BPO services of Allsec Technologies.
Ram Chandramouli, Head Business Development, AsiaPac

A chartered and management accountant from UK and Australia, Ram started his career in Glaxo India and has over the years worked in senior management roles in various verticals like Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Packaging.
Ram has been based in Australia for the past 22 years and his most recent experience has been in IT related industries. His last role, commencing January 1999, was with Servion Global Solutions Ltd. as Vice President in charge of Australian and Singapore Operations. He continues to remain a non-executive director at Servion.
Before Allsec, Ram was CEO of an Australian joint venture company that provided software implementation and after-market support of large financial software, for AXS-One Financials in Australia.
As Head - Business Development AsiaPac for Allsec Technologies, Ram will leverage his extensive exposure to the call center markets in Australia and New Zealand.
C. S. Bapaiah, Vice President - HR

C. S. Bapaiah is a Postgraduate in Human Resources from the Madras School of Social Work. In a career spanning over 22 years, he has handled various assignments ranging from Officer to Head of Function, in national and multinational corporations.
He started his career with Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd., and has worked with reputed companies like SPIC Ltd., 24/7 Customer and Perot Systems.
Bapaiah has extensively worked in change management, organizational culture building and competency-based HR practices. He has wide experience in Compensation, Performance & Rewards and HR Accounting.
At Allsec, Bapaiah is responsible for the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations and training.
K Narasimhan, Vice President - Finance

Narasimhan has over 22 years of domestic and international experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts and Commercial functions, in organizations like Komatsu India Pvt. Ltd., Tionale Enterprises, Ashok Leyland, RPG Telecom and SAIL. He is experienced in strategic planning and costing and has been involved in long range planning, budgeting exercises and Treasury Management.
Narasimhan is a Chartered Accountant (all-India rank holder) with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University. He is also a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and a certified Cost & Management Accountant from London.
Prior to Allsec, Narasimhan was General Manager - Finance-cum-Company Secretary, at Winwind Power Energy Pvt. Ltd., a part of the Sterling Infotech Group, Chennai.
Saravanan Thambusamy, Vice President - Technology

Saravanan Thambusamy leads the IT Infrastructure Management & Application Development team across Allsec's multiple delivery centers and is a member of Allsec's executive leadership team.
Saravanan has over 19 years of professional experience in the IT/ITES industry. He has worked extensively in sectors like: ISP (VNPL, India's first ISP under ‘C’ category and Micro Village Network Services P. Ltd., a subsidiary of Micro Village, Singapore); BPO and KPO (Zenta Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Global Realty Outsourcing India Pvt. Ltd.). He has handled various profiles in Zenta for over seven years, prior to joining Allsec in May 2008.
Saravanan graduated from the Bharathiyar University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management (Finance) from the Periyar University. He manages a team comprising highly experienced thought leaders with prior experience in Information and Telecommunication technologies and contributes to the IT Infrastructure management, development and upkeep at Allsec.
Curt Riley, Vice President of Business Development

With over 20 years of outsourcing experience, Curt is an internationally recognized Business Development Executive that has completed major sourcing arrangements with Fortune 500 companies for services delivered from the US, India, China, and Latin America.
Curt has a strong practical knowledge of formal offshore outsourcing processes, methodologies and frameworks across all major functions of the enterprise including IT, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, Procurement, HR, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Customer Care, & Compliance. He specializes in strategy, solution development, & negotiation.
Curt has held sales leadership positions with both on and offshore global providers such as EDS, CSC, and ACS. As Vice President of Business Development for Allsec Technologies, Curt is responsible for driving BPO sales in North America. He has a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
Carol Thorney, Head – Healthcare Services Practice

Carol Thorney leads the Healthcare Services Practice team across Allsec's multiple delivery centers and is a member of Allsec's executive leadership team. In this role, Carol will lead and grow the Healthcare Practice, assuming responsibility for the P&L; partner with the existing practices, including Technology, to develop the opportunity for current clients; identify new business opportunities, offer innovative healthcare solutions by leveraging global agency service offerings to win new business; maintain team billability and productivity requirements; inspire, lead and motivate to deliver and exceed expectations in the areas of health system design, patient experience, system integration, healthcare policy as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Carol has over 20 years in executive level positions leveraging sales, marketing, sourcing strategies, and business and technological transformation and program management. Carol has held senior level positions as SVP and Head of Healthcare (North America) at WNS Global Services, VP, business development and service delivery at Insigma US, Inc., program director for BPO for CSC Health Plan; CareAdvance Practice Director at TriZetto; senior development manager at Sybase/Financial Fusion; AVP at Bank of America.
Rob O’Malley, Vice President Business Development

Rob O’Malley is considered to be one of the leading experts in contact centre outsourcing with a career spanning the past 19 years in the industry.
His career includes senior operational and client facing roles within SITEL & Teleperformance in The UK and offshore. Since 2000, he has been involved in business development and consultancy primarily selling offshore solutions in both India and The Philippines. He helped set up the first outsourced vendor in Manila to service the UK market and has since worked for Cyber City Teleservices and Aegis Global.
He is a regular speaker at call centre events in Europe and has been a judge at a number of call centre related awards in Europe and Asia. He is also the current Chairman of The British Philippine Outsourcing Council and is a regular contributor to the media on contact centre outsourcing.
As Vice President of Business Development, Rob is responsible for driving Sales in the UK for Allsec Technologies.
