Allsec is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Yvette Thorney, MBA as the new Head of Healthcare to direct and manage the strategy, sales, marketing, consulting services, client relationship management and end to end service delivery for all payor, provider, TPA, hospital, pharmaceutical, DME and biotechnology clients. Ms. Thorney will drive the Healthcare Services Practice in its new direction with the expansion of our service offerings and global capacity in USA, Philippines, and India. We are invested in building an infrastructure that continues to provide a seamless patient-centric experience for members that supports all of their needs that is evidence based with our Collaborative Services Solutions and Medical Call Center capabilities. Understanding and managing to key performance matrices will ensure predictable outcomes and sustained success for our clients.
