Adi is the Co-founder at Allsec Technologies and continues to spearhead the Business Development and Strategic Finance functions at the Company. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Adi had partnered Jagadish in building out, and managing, for over 10 years, till 1999, a highly successful Financial Advisory firm. As a Finance professional, Adi had a proven track-record of nurturing client relationships and exploring new horizons in structuring services, skills he honed well in his earlier assignments at Ashok Leyland and Sanmar, and has put to good use while driving business at Allsec Technologies.

Allsec Technologies still draws on his entrepreneurial instinct and creative abilities to pitch the value-proposition, as they move towards establishing a differentiated BPO model.

As Co-founder & CEO, Jagadish oversees Operations, HR and Client Servicing functions at Allsec – a logical transposition of the Execution and Control responsibilities he shouldered earlier in the Financial Advisory firm. As a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Cost & Management Accountant from London, Jagadish wears his qualifications lightly, crediting his initial days at Ashok Leyland for his well-disciplined, steady approach to building value.

Jagadish, in his second venture as an equal partner with Adi, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing service excellence at Allsec Technologies.

Vaithi, as he is known among his peers and colleagues, has an overall work experience of over 22 years. He joined Allsec in the year 2000 as Head – Human Resources and subsequently assumed dual responsibility of Operations besides HR as Vice President.

In the current role as Senior Vice President – Operations & HR, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivery & client servicing initiatives across various centers and is responsible for implementing new strategies and managing global human resource policies to benefit and govern Allsec employees. This includes end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and providing leadership and direction to employees.

Vaithi started his career with the Bhabha Atomic Research Center. Subsequently, he handled HR assignments in the Searle and Ranbaxy groups. In his last assignment at Ranbaxy, he was responsible for the HR operations of three units in Mumbai, managing a 1,200 strong work force of distinctly different cultures.

Vaithi, a graduate in Physics, holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.

A Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering (Guindy, Tamil Nadu), and with a Masters in Management Systems from University of Hull (UK), Mahadevan started his career with Modi Xerox in 1989. Subsequently, he worked in companies such as Dunlop India, Shaw Wallace, and Kirloskar Oil Engines.

Mahadevan was the business head of Allsec Technosoft Ltd, a company specializing in customized application development solutions for companies in the HR, Travel, and Retail verticals.

As Vice President, HR BPO at Allsec, he brings with him relevant experience in Operations and Client Account Management. He is currently in charge of the domestic HR BPO services of Allsec Technologies.

Based in Atlanta (Georgia, USA), Rafael handles Allsec’s Business Development initiatives in the US market. Prior to his joining Allsec, Rafael was Senior Marketing Manager of CompuCredit Corporation. Outsourcing is his cup of tea and he was part of the team that was responsible for the migration of CompuCredit’s customer service and collections operations to India.

Rafael also has the expertise in setting up Customer Support Centers, handling Telemarketing initiatives and successfully migrating outsourcing requirements to markets outside the US. His experiences with Bellsouth Telecommunications and the Faneuil Group in managing relationships with clients and vendors are very useful for Allsec’s marketing and business development initiatives in the US.

As Vice President, Business Development, Rafael’s rich domain experience, coupled with the fact that he is bilingual, goal oriented, and has working under high pressure environments, is a value-add to Allsec in areas of Client Acquisition. His experience will be even more valuable as Allsec gets into non-English services.

Paul brings more than 20 years of extensive international business experience with outsourced solutions and enterprise data networking in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

He has a strong practical knowledge of formal offshore outsourcing processes, methodologies and frameworks with extensive practice experience across a number of vertical market segments. Paul has held senior management position with several of the largest global BPO providers in Asia and North America. In the early days of outsourcing in India, Paul was as a vital member of 24/7 Customer, Inc. start-up team where he was the Vice President of Sales and Head of Strategic Accounts. During that time, he was responsible for increasing the company revenues by more than 250% y-o-y while leading the company through a 3 year period of sustained growth.

Paul has also worked very closely with other global providers where he has been instrumental in aiding revenue growth in a consistent and predictable manner while sustaining performance over an extended period of time. Paul’s charter with Allsec Technologies is to help meet aggressive growth plan from international markets.

A chartered and management accountant from UK and Australia, Ram Chandramouli started his career in Glaxo India, and, over the years, worked in senior management roles in various verticals like Pharmaceuticals, construction, and packaging industries.

Ram has been based in Australia for the past 20 years and his most recent experience has been in IT related industries. His last role, commencing January 1999, was with Servion Global Solutions Ltd. as Vice President in charge of Australian and Singapore Operations. He continues to remain a non-executive director at Servion. Before that, he was CEO of an Australian joint venture company that provided software implementation and after-market support of large financial software for AXS-One financials in Australia.

As Head, Business Development AsiaPac for Allsec Technologies, Ram will leverage his extensive exposure to the call center market in Australia and New Zealand.

C. S. Bapaiah is a Postgraduate in Human Resources from the Madras School of Social Work. In a career spanning over 20 years, he has handled various assignments ranging from Officer to Head of function in both National and Multinational corporations. He started his career with Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd, and has also worked with reputed companies like SPIC Ltd, 24/7 Customer, and Perot Systems.

Mr. Bapaiah has done extensive work in the sphere of Change Management, organizational culture building, and competency based HR practices. He also has wide experience in the area of Compensation, Performance and Rewards, and HR Accounting.

In Allsec, Mr. Bapaiah is responsible for the entire HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.

Anand Krishnan brings with him a varied experience in Banking and Information Technology industry. A chartered accountant and cost accountant by qualification, he has over 17 years of experience.

In his previous assignment, Anand was involved in building the US business of a software services company from a zero-base. He has worked with Citigroup and Ashok Leyland Finance in senior management positions.

K Narasimhan has over 20 years of domestic and international experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts and Commercial functions in Organisations like Komatsu India Private Limited, Tionale Enterprises, Ashok Leyland, RPG Telecom and SAIL. He is experienced in Strategic planning, costing and has involved in Long range planning and budgeting exercises and Treasury Management.

K Narasimhan is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank holder) with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Madras University. He is also a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and a certified Cost and Management Accountant from London.

Prior to joining Allsec, K Narasimhan was a General Manager – Finance cum Company Secretary at M/s Winwind Power Energy Private Limited, part of Sterling Infotech Group, Chennai.

Saravanan Thambusamy leads the IT Infrastructure Management & Application Development team across Allsec’s multiple delivery centers and is a member of Allsec’s executive leadership team.

Saravanan has over 17 years of professional experience in the IT/ITES industry. He has worked extensively in the following sectors: ISP (VNPL, India’s first ISP under “C” category and Micro Village Network Services P Ltd, a subsidiary of Micro Village, Singapore), BPO and KPO (Zenta Knowledge Services Private Limited, formerly known as Global Realty Outsourcing India Private Limited). He has handled various profiles in Zenta for over seven years prior to joining Allsec in May 2008.

Saravanan graduated from The Bharathiyar University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management (Finance) from The Periyar University. He manages a team comprising highly experienced thought leaders with prior experience in Information and Telecommunication technologies, and contributes to the IT Infrastructure management, development, and upkeep at Allsec.

Amarendra, a Business Graduate with specialization in Marketing is Vice President - Domestic Business. He brings enriched experience of over 12 years in Sales & Marketing all over India, possesses leadership experience, resulting in better Sales & visibility.

Before joining i2i (now acquired by Allsec Technologies), he was Deputy General Manager-Operations with Modi Korea Telecommunications Ltd. He has also worked for Bharti Telenet , Bharti Comtel and CISCO Singapore in various roles across marketing research and estimation , Business Planning for product sales & launching of new services and products .

He is based in Delhi and handles Domestic business of the Company.
