An Eminent Economist, distinguished Professor of Accounting, Information System and Decision Sciences and Director of the Accounting Research Center at J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Illinois, USA), Dr. Bala has over 40 years of experience in accounting and expertise in management. As Chairman, he brings to Allsec his vast experience in critical decision making on Strategic Issues and Corporate Governance.

Adi is the Co-founder at Allsec Technologies and continues to spearhead the Business Development and Strategic Finance functions at the Company. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Adi had partnered Jagadish in building out, and managing, for over 10 years, till 1999, a highly successful Financial Advisory firm. As a Finance professional, Adi had a proven track-record of nurturing client relationships and exploring new horizons in structuring services, skills he honed well in his earlier assignments at Ashok Leyland and Sanmar, and has put to good use while driving business at Allsec Technologies.

Allsec Technologies still draws on his entrepreneurial instinct and creative abilities to pitch the value-proposition, as they move towards establishing a differentiated BPO model.

As Co-founder & CEO, Jagadish oversees Operations, HR and Client Servicing functions at Allsec – a logical transposition of the Execution and Control responsibilities he shouldered earlier in the Financial Advisory firm. As a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Cost & Management Accountant from London, Jagadish wears his qualifications lightly, crediting his initial days at Ashok Leyland for his well-disciplined, steady approach to building value.

Jagadish, in his second venture as an equal partner with Adi, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing service excellence at Allsec Technologies.

Mr. Sankarakrishnan is a graduate from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai. He started his career with India Pistons in 1965 and he was elevated to the position of Executive Director in 1984.

In 1992, he joined Kone Elevators India Private Limited, a wholly Owned subsidiary of Kone Corporation as Managing Director. He also serves as the Managing Director of Olympus Elevator Private Limited, a subsidiary of Kone Elevators.

Mr. Sankarakrishnan has been inducted to the Allsec Board since July 2005 and will guide the companys continued growth.

Mr. T Ananthanarayanan former Executive Director of Ashok Leyland Limited. He joined the Allsec Board on October 20, 2005. He is a chartered accountant by qualification and was with Ashok Leyland group for over 25 years.

He is in the Board of IndusInd Bank and a few companies of the Ashok Leyland group while being the Ombudsman of Ashok Leyland Limited. He is an expert in corporate planning and financial structuring and shall guide the company in corporate governance matters.

Shankar Narayanan, Managing Director of The Carlyle Group (India) is responsible for leading growth capital investments in India. He is based in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Narayanan spent six years at Hathway Investments in Mumbai and during that time served as Managing Director and CEO. He was also with Deutsche Bank Capital Partners (Hong Kong) as a Director covering South Asia and India. Mr. Narayanan has led or been associated with a number of prominent private equity investments in India, including Johnson Tiles, Exide Industries, Hathway Cable, Asianet Satellite Communications, Pushpa Polymers, Tata Infomedia, and AFL Limited. He had served on the Board of Directors of all these Companies. Prior to Hathway Investments, Mr Narayanan worked at Citibank in Mumbai.

Mr. Narayanan is currently on the Boards of Newgen Imaging Systems, LearningMate Solutions, Claris Lifesciences, QuEST, and Financial Software & Systems. Mr. Narayanan received a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from XLRI (Jamshedpur) where he was a Gold Medalist and stood first in the graduating class in the area of Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (New Delhi).

Mr. Parasuraman is a graduate in Commerce from Bangalore and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Mahesh Parasuraman is a Vice President of The Carlyle Group focused on Asia Growth Capital opportunities based in Mumbai. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Parasuraman was working with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as an Associate Vice President focused on the IT Services and the Business Process Outsourcing space for four years. He was closely involved in most of the large M&A engagements in the IT services sector such as the acquisition of Customer Asset by ICICI OneSource, FirstRing by ICICI OneSource, and Net-Kraft by Adea Solutions. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Parasuraman worked with Arthur Andersen in their Tax and Business Advisory Group for over four years where he was involved extensively in the United Kingdom and India corporate taxes, cross-border structuring, business restructuring, joint venture partner search, and India entry strategy. Mr. Parasuraman is currently on the Boards of Newgen Imaging Systems Pvt. Ltd, Financial Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd, Learning Mate Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Outfield Knowledge Works Pvt. Ltd, Elitecore Technologies Ltd, and Repco Home Finance Ltd.
