Padmashree Dr. Bala.V.Balachandran, Chairman of the Board
An Eminent Economist, distinguished Professor of Accounting, Information System and Decision Sciences and Director of the Accounting Research Center at J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Illinois, USA), Dr. Bala has over 40 years of experience in accounting and expertise in management. As Chairman, he brings to Allsec his vast experience in critical decision making on Strategic Issues and Corporate Governance.
T. Anantha Narayanan, Director
Mr. T Anantha Narayanan, former Executive Director of Ashok Leyland Limited. He joined the Allsec Board on October 20, 2005. He is a chartered accountant by qualification and was with Ashok Leyland group for over 25 years.
He is in the Board of IndusInd Bank and a few companies of the Ashok Leyland group while being the Ombudsman of Ashok Leyland Limited. He is an expert in corporate planning and financial structuring and shall guide the company in corporate governance matters.
A. Sankarakrishnan, Director
Mr. Sankarakrishnan is a graduate from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai. He started his career with India Pistons in 1965 and he was elevated to the position of Executive Director in 1984.
In 1992, he joined Kone Elevators India Private Limited, a wholly Owned subsidiary of Kone Corporation as Managing Director. He got retired in the year 2010 from Kone as Managing Director and continues in its Board as Director. He is also in the Boards of The India Cements Limited, India Cements Capital Limited, India Cements Investment Services Limited and Indo Zinc Limited.
Mr. Sankarakrishnan has been inducted to the Allsec Board since July 2005 and will guide the company's continued growth.
Mahesh Parasuraman, Director
Mr. Parasuraman is a graduate in Commerce from Bangalore and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
Mahesh Parasuraman is a Vice President of The Carlyle Group focused on Asia Growth Capital opportunities based in Mumbai. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Parasuraman was working with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as an Associate Vice President focused on the IT Services and the Business Process Outsourcing space for four years. He was closely involved in most of the large M&A engagements in the IT services sector such as the acquisition of Customer Asset by ICICI OneSource, FirstRing by ICICI OneSource and Net-Kraft by Adea Solutions. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Parasuraman worked with Arthur Andersen in their Tax and Business Advisory Group for over four years where he was involved extensively in the United Kingdom and India corporate taxes, cross-border structuring, business restructuring, joint venture partner search and India entry strategy.
Mr. Parasuraman is currently on the Boards of Newgen Knowledge Works Private Limited, Elitecore Technologies Ltd and Repco Home Finance Ltd.
Manish Gaur, Director
Manish Gaur is a Vice President with the Carlyle Asia Growth Capital Group. He is based in Mumbai.
Mr. Gaur has previously worked with Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank as an Equity Research Analyst. In his five-year career as an Equity Analyst, Mr. Gaur has covered the pharmaceuticals, media, auto and auto components, and information technology services sectors.
Mr. Gaur holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
A.Saravanan, Founder & President
Adi is a co-founder at Allsec Technologies and continues to spearhead the Business Development and Strategic Finance functions at Allsec.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Adi had partnered Jagadish in building and managing a highly successful Financial Advisory firm, for over a decade till 1999.
As a Finance professional, Adi has a proven track-record of nurturing client relationships and exploring new horizons in structuring services. These well-honed skills from previous assignments at Ashok Leyland and Sanmar, are put to good use in driving business at Allsec.
Allsec Technologies still draws on his entrepreneurial instinct and creative abilities to pitch the value-proposition, as they move towards establishing a differentiated BPO model.
R.Jagadish, Co-Founder & CEO
As co-founder & CEO, Jagadish oversees the Operations, HR and Client Servicing functions at Allsec. This is a logical extension of the execution and control responsibilities he earlier shouldered at the Financial Advisory firm.
As a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Cost & Management Accountant from London, Jagadish wears his qualifications lightly; crediting the initial days at Ashok Leyland for his well-disciplined, steady approach to building value.
Jagadish in his second venture as an equal partner with Adi, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing service excellence at Allsec.
